Nice map, but some sort of logic puzzle instead of the ninja jumps would have been better.

A few too many glitchy bits and alternate ways of doing things. The button above the first cube, for example. Not pressing it means you can get stuck in a wall plate. Otherwise has the makings of a good level, as long as you add a save point before the ninja jumps. Timing is too precise to require doing the whole test again to get back there.

Pretty good a little different. The ninja jump stuff doesn't do much for me though.

I'm sure there are more uses for this mechanic but I'll let you decide that. I suggest making more puzzles around it. ;)
