Description
CrackaJack and Thumbstick proudly present:
Terminators.
This is a loveletter to the old killing machine.
With this mod we introduce the iconic T800 and T880 terminator models and two style fitting
weapons .
As a pretty unique feature both change appearance to reflect their state of damage and also have
custom wounds, as shown in the pictures.
In other words they visibly lose chunks of flesh exposing inner machinery- i had a lot of fun
drawing this, hehe.
Terminator raids and help events can be disabled and configured.
Skynet CPU cores are rare quest rewards, needed for gestation.



Contents
T800
The fearsome model T800 is a "mechanoid", requiring a mechanitor.
Capable of most work and with an ability to equip any weapon like a human can. Due to their
advanced autonomous ai they dont require any bandwidth to control.
Slow but sturdy, fine marksmen.
All of them are jacked and wear sunglasses and a leather coat. The perfect disguised mechanical
bodyguard, if you can get one, or major threat to your well beeing.

T880
T880 are "human", its a unique xenotype.
They are slow in movement and reaction, but as tough as you´d expect and require nothing but
nuclear fuel cells on a rare but regular basis.
craft these from uranium at the machining table.
T880 are stone cold killers that can´t feel pain and will only be stopped by major structure
damage.
Some rare cases have infiltrated or joined other cultures, claiming to have decided against
following skynet directives.

Weapons
-Skynet5A2 rifle: An expensive and futuristic machine gun, spitting a lot of lead.

-Colt1911: Custom longslide version with a laser on top, like in the first movie.

oh well this isnt my code at all, only the xml stuff..
oh uhm iirc Assembly-CSharp.dll, and some others, just pack all of them to be sure :D theyre not large

There's nothing wrong with admitting your code needed help from an artificial intelligence engine. That's one of the reasons they exist at all. All that matters is that you have enough integrity to say that.

you´ll need to feed the AI with all .dll files from rimworld. (it´ll actually walk you through it, but i had no luck with chatgpt)
if youre using visual studio its a bit more complicated, i cant explain this, ask a programmer, or ask ai for step by step instructions to solve it yourself, or use claude AI- it has been recommended. i should probably try that myself, first, lol. guess im still hoping i dont have to put an "AI made content" tag onto this mod. on the other hand it´d be fitting to use skynet itself...

How do you do that? I still have no idea how to get artificial intelligence engines to make C-Sharp, or even where to begin. Also, I tried downloading the Visual Basic thing but it doesn't let me make "Rimworld" C-Sharp DLL files.

Did you try Claude AI instead of ChatGPT already? For me its the best when it comes to Coding. I updated a few mods for myself already with Claude AI and it worked perfectly.

That's alright. I'll see if I can do some lobbying myself.

Ultimately, though, the best thing you can do is message Mlie or Zaljeram and see if they can do it. I am friends with both of them. I'll see what I can do.

i alone am sadly incapable of updating this to 1.6. i asked many people, i´ll keep asking for help with this.
many days have gone by, trying to get chat-gpt to update it, but started thinking learning to do this myself would actually be faster then having chat-gpt misinterpret everything again and again.
i´ll keep trying on and off. but we´re talking about my free time here, which is limited
