Star Wars Republic Commando is a reminder of a past age from LucasArts. The Campaign offers ~8 hours of play time and endless replay ability on top of that through trying different strategies and difficulties. I strongly recommend looking into community mods to increase graphical capability, fix texturing bugs, and even co-op with friends.

The game itself controls very well with a variety of weapons to use. However, the menu controls poorly and has mouse sensitivity issues due to it being tied to frame rates. Thankfully, you wont be in the menu for long because you'll be well engrossed into the story of the Clone Wars era.

I really wish that we got more unique Star Wars titles like we did throughout the 90s and Decade 2K leading up to the studio's eventual closure and acquisition. Here's to hoping for more Commando themed content in the future. The Bad Batch is one of the main reasons I finally got around to playing this gem.

Star Wars Squadrons is a fun space dog fighting simulator. The story feels a little short but is overall entertaining and is one of the better additions in the Disney Era of Star Wars. The online multiplayer allows for hours of fun with friends and other random online players.

A perfect remastering of a classical Valve experience. The Half Life franchise is some of the greatest modern day science fiction. Both the original Half Life and Black Mesa have a distinct feel that makes for a unique science-fiction adventure and story with excellent lore and world building.

It is in my opinion that the entire Halo franchise; Games, Books, and Animation is one of the greatest modern science fiction stories. If you have never played the games because you never had an Xbox console, such as myself, then I recommend taking the opportunity to purchase and play through the six games (once all have been released). Any time you can buy multiple games for the price of one is a deal, and with the Master Chief Collection that is no exaggeration.

A simple game that is great for item collectors and hentai image enthusiasts alike. A look forward to the addition of more features as it certainly needs more though.

Starbound is an endlessly beautiful game that offers more than your moneys worth when it comes to creation and exploration. When you add the Frackin Universe mod to it there are no words to describe the vastness and sheer amount that you can do within the game. This is truly a game built for mods and only continues to get better with each update. The soundtracks for the base game and Frackin universe are fantastic. This is a game best enjoyed with a few friends as you learn and explore together.

I have personally found the most joy in hopping from planet to planet and making sure that I capture as many randomly generated birds as I can. This has led to entire rooms on my ship filled with truly beautiful and abominable looking birds flapping around and creating havoc.

If you have the time, money, and some friends. I would highly recommend this game, especially during a sale.

Also never forget the Summer Sale 2019 Soda Cans. Valve did not think that event through one bit.

Risk of Rain 2 builds upon the original in every way possible while still keeping the original relevant. The choice to put the game into a 3D setting rather than a 2D one was interested and greatly added to the game. The new items, enemies and areas are all interesting and online multiplayer is easier than it ever was in the first game. The game is best experienced with a group of friends as you can either work together or fight amongst yourself for items. I look forward to the coming planned content and I highly recommend this game.
