There are lots of shady Steam Bots right now who advertise that they can give ridiculous unsustainable amounts of sets such as 27:1 sets. At first they look legit, but during the trade offer these bots will give you much less than what they advertise, like 10:1 hoping that you don't notice.
Always check the trade offer if there's any error, and remember: "If it's too good to be true, it probably is"
