The game start, but no Main menu

hey guys, thanks to helps of Zytemis's forlum, I can launch my BSP till the screen shot with airplane.
However, I can not find Main menu icons, as described in other thread as
"When i start the game, i can't play them, only see the background but i can't use the menu or anything"
I checked other threads, yet the issue did not fixed.

I tried to update Games for Windows Live AND Microsoft Games for Windows Marketplace manually, and checked that these programs can launch by its own.

But I did not get any pop up when I launch BSP.
The only thing I can see is a airplane picture, and when I did not touch mouse a intro movie start.

Here is my PC spec.
OS: WINDOWS7 64bit SP1
CPU: Intel i5-3210M 2.50GHz
RAM: 12GB
GPU: Intel HD GRAPHICS 3000

I worked on this problem for two days.
I want any help!

to Whom has same issue:
try to erase xlive.dll

which is at your game folder, then Windows live login window will popup
