2: To buy packs and take two runs (instead of using gold or crystals)
3: You only buy them if you need the specific legendaries and golds in there (at least the first deck which costs 500 crys) the prebuilt decks arent really that good, since theire very inconsistent. Id say only the Shadow deck is really worth it based on the individual card powerlevel atm if your not a shiny lover like me :3
4: Im pretty sure you cant buy decks with coins, correct me if im wrong. Otherwise see 3.
5: Yep, there are special archievements (they give you vials, gold, packs, sleeves and emblems) for every ~100-5000 score-points you reach + ~100 gold for every rank you climb.
6: In arena you will draft a deck for one of the crafts based on limited card choices the game provides from all the cards available. Then you are able to play 5 matches with this deck and get rewards based on your winrate. (minimum reward is 1 pack for 0 wins and every win adds like ~ 40 gold)
7: The leaders are only of cosmetic nature. They change your leaders appereance/emots/voice but not the cards or anything else relevant to the game. The "crafts" are of importance when it comes to actual gameplay. Urias and Vania are, for example, differen leaders of the same craft which would be bloodcraft. So in the end you just replace the portrait next to your hp by changing the leader.
8: Its more like every one of the crafts (shadowcraft, dragoncraft etc.) has set pool of own cards. For example: Cerberus is a Shadowcraft legendary which only shadowcraft can use, while Albert is a Swordcraft legendary, so only swordcraft may use him. There is also a set pool of neutral cards, which are available to all crafts. Bellringer Angel or Bahamut are examples for those neutrals.
+ Dont make the mistake and liquify your cards! you should first learn to understand how the game works and which cards are worth keeping, otherwise you will lose a lot of gold/vials!
I hope this helps and wish you the best of luck :) hf!
4. Do you mean packs? You are buying packs with rupies(something like gold in Hearthstone)(1 pack costs 100 rupies) or crystals (50 crystals for 1st pack each day otherwise its 100crystals per pack) Dont recommend to buy packs with real money (until you have more hours in game) You get enough free packs/rupies to try different decks...
my copypasta for newbies:
Try to complete main story for each craft (at least first 6 stages-card rewards) Defeat Elite 1 and Elite 2 AI. For each you get 200 rupies. 2800 rupies in total.
Play 20 different people in private matches without conciding. 2000 rupies in total. https://shadowverse.gamepress.gg go to website for someone who doesnt speak Asia
I'd like to buy a prebuilt deck, maybe 2 if it's worth the cost, to even the chances a bit. But which one to choose ? Swordcraft, runecraft and havencraft are my favorites for now but I don't know if the prebuilt decks for these classes are good, so if you could "rank" the prebuilt decks that would help :)
And any advice for a channel on twitch and/or youtube for Shadowverse ?
From the three, Rune got the most value on prebuilts with the dshift deck but it's in a bad spot on the meta so I wouldn't recommend it. Haven, on the other hand, use the storm archetype for the prebuilt but it's better to craft them as it is cheap. For Swordcraft, not much of a value but crafting Albert is a must.
If possible don't copy the prebuilt decks as those aren't optimize.
Some youtubers that might be of help would be Ignideus, Megamogwai & あぽろ.
example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HqkTK10IdfM&t=73s
After youve accumulated enough gold/vials through ranking up and clearing elite ai and stories, you can try to craft a "better" deck.
Swordcraft pretty much needs 3 x Albert in every deck, since hes the most reliable win condition, you could go for a midrange decktype after you got him x3.
As for Runecraft, you could build a dirt deck (based on earth rites, its cheap (aggro-blood is still cheaper) and effective at lower ranks. Daria theme is also ok, but, suprise, u need 3x daria.
And as Ry already said, havens cheapest choice would be storm, you kind of need at least 2x moon al-whatever to make it work reliably, dark jeanne is also nice to have.
none of those prebuilts are very good

I forgot to mention , I play with the bloodcraft class. I love vampires. Enough the reason to play.
I want to get the princess deck set , which cost around 500 crystals. Before I make a mistake , I rather ask here. Yes , I could search it elsewhere , but I am open minded. I have to check different sources. I apologize for it ^-^/
1. Is is a good deck set for beginners ?
_> deck : http://imgur.com/a/IsVPC
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(._.)/ Please forgive me , for another of my questions.
2. I wanted to ask you guys about the prebuild decks. This is just a GUARANTEE chance to get specific cards , right ? They are still obtainanble via buying card packs with randomized luck , dont they ? I mean this place _> http://imgur.com/a/4J7SM
Is random which card you get , but there are still obtainable ?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
That it for now xD
The cards you get from prebuilt decks can all be obtained in the Standard and Darkness Evolved packs. The only difference is that the legendary on the cover of the prebuilt deck has different art than the version you'll find in packs and it can't be liquified for vials.
1/ No, crystals are from real money only.
2/ Tickets are freebies that you get from dailies/login bonuses, no point in storing them, use them freely and enjoy your rewards.
3/ Pre-built decks are nice for the collection because they come with a set list of Gold/Legendary cards. They are, in general, worth it in terms of vials, but it really depends on your collection. They're good for starting, imho, but only the first copy at 500 crystal, after that, the cost raises to 750 crystals, which is a bit pricey.
4/ Depends if you're good or really enjoy Take-Two (Arena). If yes, mainly play Take-two, if you can average 3 wins, it's worth it. If you prefer constructer, then buy packs.
5/ There are a few benefits from playing Ranked, however, it's much more efficient to farm rupies in lower ranks where you face some diversity and sub-optimal decks. Farming dailies will require you to have good decks in almost every craft anyways. I highly recommand NOT playing Ranked unless you fully know what to expect (ask people, look other topics, do some research)
6/ In Arena, you build a deck with cards that are randomly offered to you. You don't keep those cards afterward. Same goes for your opponents, and you'll get rewards depending of your results. You get at least 1 Standard Pack Ticket, and more and more gold for your wins.
Multiplayer is for facing opponents with constructed decks made from your own card collection.
7/ Leaders are only cosmetic, they don't change anything in the gameplay, you just look different. Every leader belongs to a specific Craft (class) and can only use cards of said Craft or Neutral cards.
8/ See 7/, Leaders are tied to specific Crafts. For exemple, Arisa is a Forestcraft Leader, and can only use Forestcraft decks, which contain only Forestcraft and Neutral Cards.
For you other questions :
1. Imho, the Blood pre-built deck is worth it. Every legendary and gold card in it is interesting and can be used successfully at lower ranks. It'll surely help you in the beginning.
2. You're correct, pre-built decks cards can be obtains in packs. The only exception is that on of the two legendaries in each pre-built deck has an exculsive, animated version : it only changes its look, not its effects. For exemple, in "Kiss of the Queen", you get one ordinary Bloody Mary, and one exclusive animated Queen Vampire, with a special image, but the same effect as the "normal" Queen Vampire.
Now is everything clear for now . I will not delete this thread , if someone else needs to ask something.
I hope I havent annoyed you.
Ah that is great ! I lose most of my matches but I blame my mistakes. With every lost , I learn more. So that is good to hear , because , I was stuck against rowen in practice mode , and shade urien in story mode. So I will keep my revenge in the future , when I have these cards.
I'll probably buy both blood and forest prebuilt. I've faced princess Otohime once or twice, the card seems pretty good. Another question, what kind of card packs should I buy with rupees ? Latest extension, Standart ? A mix of all ?
1. Go to home screen and then on the right side there is a button with friends o.O
2. Go there and click " User search " o.O
3. Give the ID from the person you want to add !
To get your ID is simple:
Leave the friendlist page , ( home screen ). You have to click on " More " which is last button right next to " shop " and go to profile. You can now copy your ID and share it to the forums.
Since I dont know your ID I will post here mine:
222064149
-> I am not a big of a challenge since , I dont have very good cards. Before I buy cards i have to understand what can I do with my class and what are his strentgh and weaknesses. I need to find some combinations.
But I really appreciate your nice words :)
That is for people , who want to add specific people.
If you want to add someone else , who you played with I think you have to visit the same List again and go on the Friends list and click recent opponent. On the right you see the button sent request. Hope it helps. o.O
Forest is kind of tricky because its heavily combo-oriented and you kind of need 3 ancient elves and 3 roaches to make it work efficiently.
About the packs:
You should probably look up a decent deck you want to build and buy the kind of pack, that contains the highest potential amount of cards for that deck.
Based on the highest "average individual card-powerlevel" you should go (at least imho):
ToG/Standard > Baha > DE
I would try to get a pack of every type from time to time, so maybe you could try sth like
3 ToG then 3 standard then 2 baha then 1 DE (of those numbers are just for showcasing^^)
The last time I checked you just wrote the match ID via Steam.
