I've never played or wached any gameplays from Metro ? Any advices ?

I bought the game a few years ago, played it for a few hours then it started having troubles, not liking my double monitor setup it kepts crashing, now i wanted to play it and it gives me this error, file verify does nothing, same for reinstalling. What should I do?...

hi, does this game have dlcs in your library? i checked steamdb and it has these 3: Metro 2033 JP DLC 1 Metro 2033 Ranger Pack Metro 2033 Gun Unlock i owned this game once on dvd years ago but i lost it, so few years ago i got nostalgic & wanted to play this game again so i bought a bundle it had bunch of deepsilver games including this one but it didn't come with any dlc! did they include the dlcs with the base game before delisting it, or does this game still has dlcs and you can't play ranger mod with...
