I cant paint my flag

Hay guy's for some reason i cant seem to paint my flag i dont know if this is because of the new update or what?? when i get my paint brush out put on some paint i go up to my Single tier flag and whak no paint option it just paints the entire flag flag one colour....? any help would be great and if you could confirm this on your end i can consider it a game bug and post it in the bugs section thanks
