General Information:
The purpose of this collection is to showcase bad level design. It didn't originally serve this purpose. Now this collection serves a broader purpose while still serving its original purpose. This collection came into existance because one too many times, I was probably blocked and had my comments deleted for providing my constructive criticisms that were directed to the author, who interpreted it as hate or a personal attack or something. Instead of correcting the problem, they probably just block anyone that points out problems and delete comments, fixing nothing. Seriously, read my profile! It will explain I aim to make the Portal 2 Workshop a better place.

Rector's Guide to Making Better Maps (Hammer included)
Problems include and are not limited to one or more of the following:
-Exploits
-Unused test elements
-Mislead the player
-Waste the player's time
-Annoyances
-Uncalled for death
-Visual obstructions
-Antline messes
-Tediousness
-Redundancy
-Trapping possibilities
-No rhyme or reason
-Pointlessness
-Lighting is terrible
-Innappropriate test chamber size
-General brokenness
-No puzzles
-Substitutes puzzling with trial-and-error guesswork
-Hiding links
-Running the player all over the place
-Mazes
-Time travel concepts
-Coop can be solved as if single player (one bot doesn't have to do anything)
-Abused/improper use of Hammer (any map with the tags "Custom Visuals" and/or "Custom Story")
-Remakes that aren't as refined as the original they are based off of
-Stealing maps and directly/indirectly claiming them as your own.
-No credit given to the source of inspiration from the map it borrows heavily from
-etc.

This collection, in general, also applies to the authors other maps and not specifically these maps in the collection. I can't link everything. There's too many. I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO SHARE THESE KIND OF MAPS IN THE COMMENTS BELOW!

FAQs:
Q: The maps you put in this collection, the creators of these maps make them for fun. Why are you punishing them?
A: First, it's not punishing them. Second, that's no excuse to defend maps that are poorly thought out. There are people out there (including me) that make maps for fun AND carefully consider their design choices. They even make corrections if problems arise. You will find such maps in the further information section.

Q: A lot of these maps have 4 or 5 starts in them! They must be good then! Why are you putting those maps in this collection?
