Q - The boats are driveable?
A - Not yet, use wiremod or something to do them drivable.

Q - Why not float?
A - Because are just props with a high weight, you need to use the "Buoyancy Stool" for it.

for a boat it doesn't exactly float very well, and by that i mean it can't at all

To everyone wondering if you can make these float or drive, I have made a fully working version of the fishing boat model from this pack using Wiremod and some other things. It is indeed possible!
