unfortunetely you are like most 19 year old boys, very naive. You ll realize along the way, that most of your convictions are on fact wrong. I dont say this by heart, but as a fact. My life has always been about sports and physical activities. As im a 30 years old PE teacher, did my masters degree in exercise physiology, i also do MMA, practice kickboxing for 4 years, and played professionaly about every team sport, soccer, acrobatic gymnast to voleibol and others. Im that guy who everybody in school or university knew my name because of how good i was at everything. Also have been lifting weights for the past 5 years for about 3 to 4 days a week, a couple of years ago i trained 6 days a week, even so with suplements and good nutricional plan, never gained more than 12kg, and never will, unless i put on some fat mass. You cannot build mass past a certain point, i could explain to you physiologically why you cant, and if you are really interested in knowing why this happen, please text me back so i can maybe send you a few good articles to read on this subject.
