Why is trust-factor in Counter-Strike a bad idea? Simple: Your rank will matter less and getting reported can put you into horrible lobbies a few matches later.
What do i mean? A player that is doing well will likely get reported a whole lot more than players that do not therefore putting better players into lobbies with other players that get lots of reports.
That in turn means that good players will end up with cheaters and other good players. The same rank will end up existing twice. One time with a good trust and one time with a bad trust. You all know that one person with same elo as you (or higher) that once he is playing with you ends up with 3 frags all game.

On top of that you will end up with some sort of Jojo-Effect. You win 3 games - get reported and get bad lobbies - loose 3 games until your trust is somewhat restored and proceed to win 3 games until the cycle repeats itself.

Also: Fix the AntiCheat already! The latest update did not change anything.
