It's a point-and-click adventure game with "moon-logic" based puzzles with an interesting story and very strange choice for a protagonist.

It's a spiritual successor to the Jet Set Radio series or, specifically, Jet Set Radio Future. It has a good story, great art and music, and amazing gameplay.
