The state is a perfect body or organisation and representation of the people, it acts within the interests of the people in a unilateral interest, to bring those who are within this said state their housing and their bread and all other necessities that humans require. Humans, however, are subject to emotion and to corruption. They are not perfect in the sense that the state is, they are subjected to making mistakes, something that cannot be allowed within our new society, if we ever wish to preserve that which we have fought to hard to preserve. - Tony Blair. The State and Human Interest, 1993.
