Report a translation problem
The game I was banned from at the time shifted owners and for some reason they reverted the ban. I assume this might not be very helpful or obvious, but your best bet is to contact Steam Support with the information you have and see if they can remove the ban, but since it's not a Valve game, it might be a bit tricky. I assume since you have the false ban and are also in the same situation I have, it presume it wouldn't be fruitful contacting the developers of the game themselves, but if all options run out, I guess that would be the only way then.
