Server management isn't simple enough for there to be a simple solution to reviving a server. The entire player base has left, thus basically putting the server in the same state as it would be in if it'd be brand new--you have to build a playerbase from scratch. If you truly care about his server then just play on it whilst encouraging your friends to do the same. If you're lucky, lightning might strike. Who knows
