The motherboard that my PC originally came with is an MSI MS-7778. The PC was released on 3rd November 2013, and originally shipped with Windows 8 installed.

The laptop I use is a Lenovo V155 15api. Here are the specs:
Motherboard: LENOVO OEM (not sure what model)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3500U
GPU (part of the AMD Ryzen 5 chipset): AMD Radeon Vega 8
RAM: 8 GB MEM
Monitor: ASUS VE228 (I plug it in sometimes, but mostly I use the built-in 15" display)
Built-in display: 15" antiglare Lenovo display; capable of 1080p in FHD mode, and 1366 x 768 in HD mode.
Operating System: Windows 10 Home Insider Preview 64-bit build 2004
Storage: 250 GB SSD (primary) (partitioned into halves)
Storage partitions:
C: — "Windows-SSD" — 121 GB
E: — "Games" — 115 GB
The partitions are not equal halves because of the OEM partitions. One of them takes up 4 GB, another 1 GB, and another takes up 400 MB.
