Essentially, the site is down probably forever and the keys are allegedly not accessible to the owners and they have paid out some devs and buyers. If you need assistance, they apparently still access their email communications at support@indiegamestand.com:
"We have also given refunds to many developers and buyers for PWYW payouts / any remaining balances.
If there is anything we can do to help, please email support at indiegamestand dot com. This will be our single communication channel, since we have nothing else left."
Surprisingly Steam revoked one of my game key 1,5 years (!) after purchase on IndieGameStand and send me away to IGS for explanation.
