It's not just SPG2 or Hitman that have that problem. I read on forums that many people have problems with games starting on integrated graphics.
Some even don't add specific game, but whole Steam games directory. If you want, you can add that just to be sure in the future.
Instead of just adding SPG2 folder, go one step back and add complete C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ folder to be sure.
I did both, just in case. :)

This completely eliminates the problem, and will also free up a little of your cpu that was being reserved needlessly.
